refund / Return Policy

Additional Information

Magical Mercantile LTD has a 10-day return policy on all non-perishable items, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.  


An item must be unopened and unused and requires authorization from the Magical Mercantile LTD staff to be considered for a refund.  Due to the nature of our products, Magical Mercantile LTD., is not liable for any situations arising from off label or misuse of any products sold from our website.  


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging unopened.  Due to the nature of most products sold on our site, this is the best way for Magical Mercantile to ensure our products integrity. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


To start a return, you can contact us at shop@magicalmercantile.com and acquire an return authorization number.  Once you have completed this step and your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted and no refund will be applied.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, any personal hygiene items, custom items including tea blends or personalized products, items that have been opened/used or gift cards. 

 

Exchanges 

The Magical Mercantile LTD does not offer exchanges for items sold on its website, due to the expense of shipping and handling of such items. 


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the status of your refund request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  There will not be any reimbursements or refunds for shipping or any other costs associated with your purchase from the website.
